Shipping and Refund Policy

How to place an order

As a condition for placing any order, the customer must contact EQUITACION NATURAL and provide the corresponding information required for the acquisition of the products available on this website. The ordering information you provide must be accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with OPERATIVE IT S.L.

From the moment of acceptance, the client acquires the status of Client of EQUITACION NATURAL.

Orders must be placed following the steps that EQUITACION NATURAL will show you, where you will be able to choose the product and the quantity you want to buy.

Discount coupons

Coupons or discount codes are for individual use only and cannot be accumulated and are subject to the validity dates indicated. {SOCIAL REASON} reserves the right to cancel any promotion to individual or collective clients if it is considered that an abusive or inappropriate use is being made of them.

Subscriptions

The customer may place recurring or periodic one-time orders and accept periodic delivery and collection of the same. These products or types of orders are clearly indicated on the website and the repetition period (monthly or yearly) must always be chosen.

Each delivery is charged at the time the order is placed and new deliveries are charged automatically at the indicated intervals. Subscriptions can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 2 working days prior to shipment of the product.

Purchase validation

Once the purchase has been made and the payment has been made, EQUITACION NATURAL will send you an order confirmation by e-mail.

It is time to check that everything is correct. If you do not agree with the information contained in this confirmation, you may request the modification or cancellation of the order.

The validation of the order by the customer expressly implies the knowledge and acceptance of these particular conditions of contract as part of the conclusion of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by EQUITACION NATURAL constitutes proof of all transactions made between EQUITACION NATURAL and its customers.

In case of any modification or cancellation, the communication must be made within 24 hours from the order confirmation, via e-mail: hola@equitacion-natural.es and provided that the order has not been shipped.

Prices and payment

The customer agrees to pay the contracted products to EQUITACION NATURAL in the forms of payment accepted by EQUITACION NATURAL and for any complementary amount (including taxes and late payment charges, as the case may be).

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order including, where applicable, all VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within the Spanish territory. However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, 1992, regulating such tax, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to such tax depending on the purchaser’s country of residence and the condition in which the purchaser acts (businessman/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to that shown on the website.

When making the payment, EQUITACION NATURAL will redirect you to the EQUITACION NATURAL payment gateway.

OPERATIVE IT SL accepts these payment methods

  1. By credit or debit card:
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. You can pay immediately through our Bank’s SSL secure payment gateway. If any refund or cancellation of the order is necessary, the amount will be reimbursed through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) with total confidentiality.
  2. PayPal
    Through PayPal the payment of the order will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. In order to do so, you must have a PayPal account.
  3. Bank transfer: A bank transfer will be made to the account provided during the order, indicating the order number in the concept. To speed up the process, the bank receipt will be sent by email to hola@equitacion-natural.es.
  4. No other method of payment is accepted.
  5. Payment is always in advance of 100% of the order and will be shipped when we confirm payment.

Validity of prices and offers

The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the product catalog displayed on the website. Customers are kindly requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors. In any case, orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of their formalization.

Shipping and transportation

The products will be shipped via freight forwarder.

Expenses

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of order based on weight and/or size.

Shipping
  • We only ship to Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic Islands.
  • We do not ship to the CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA.
Delivery times

If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address indicated by the customer and delivered within 48 hours from the time the order is processed.

Generally, unless there are holidays involved, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the closest we can offer:

If there were any unforeseen event in the delivery of the order we would contact you through your email address, which we request when you register on the website, to find a solution. Alternatively, we may contact you by telephone, if you have provided us with one, or directly attempt a second delivery to the address provided. In case of failure to contact or deliver the product in the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or EQUITACION NATURAL via email and will assume the additional costs that may involve subsequent deliveries.

Carriers

EQUITACION NATURAL works with several transportation agencies. The customer can choose the most efficient carrier in his area so that his order arrives in the best conditions. Shipping costs may change depending on the carrier.

Assumptions to consider
  • In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, the Customer Service Department of EQUITACION NATURAL will inform you, either by e-mail or phone call, the approximate delivery time for the total shipment of your order. Likewise, you will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from such deadline.
  • Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. We reserve the right to withhold shipment of orders with incorrect addresses. In any case we will contact you according to the data provided for any incident or doubt that may arise in the processing of your order.

Warranty

Our products are generally covered by a 3-year legal warranty and there may be differences and exceptions depending on the type of products and manufacturers. This warranty may be exercised only in the case of a defective product and not in the case of improper use of the product. EQUITACION NATURAL reserves the right to request additional information (videos, photos) in order to evaluate if the warranty applies.

Common system of value added tax of the european union

In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, 1992, regulating this tax and European Directive 2008/8/EC, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to this tax depending on the purchaser’s country of residence and the condition in which the purchaser acts (businessman/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to that shown on the website.

The price of the products marketed by EQUITACION NATURAL includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT rate applied to the order. For orders destined to other European Union countries, Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT rate corresponding to the country of destination will be applied. The final price will appear during the confirmation of your order and will reflect the VAT rate corresponding to the country of destination of the products.

Prices for the Services may change at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of EQUITACION NATURAL. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.

Return policy

Cancellations and/or refunds will only be accepted under the following terms.

Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order and request a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible from the contact form or send us an email to hola@equitacion-natural.es and provide us with your details and order number.

Return

Our fresh product selection, preparation and packaging processes are very strict and we guarantee that they are shipped without defects. Carefully check that the seals that close your package have not been modified or damaged.

  • If the order arrives up to 24h later than agreed, the customer must accept the delivery and if, when opening the box, any part is not in good condition, you can open an incident from the contact form or send us an email to hola@equitacion-natural.es with the name of the products and the number of spoiled parts, as well as a photograph of them.
  • Returns of packaged products will not be accepted when they have been opened and/or manipulated, and do not keep the original packaging.
  • You must indicate on the delivery note the reason for the return at this end.

Returns will only be accepted for orders with evidence of having been damaged in transit and any complaints must be made at the time of receipt of the order.

If the product arrives in bad condition, OPERATIVE IT SL will assume the shipping costs incurred by the return, as long as the products are in their original packaging and have not been consumed in whole or in part.

To process the claim, you must contact us within 24 hours and send us an email to hola@equitacion-natural.es, indicating your name, order number and explaining in detail what happened.

Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised (except for error or defect in the product or service contracted), in the following cases provided for in Article 45 of the Trade Act:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
  • And in general all those products ordered remotely that are custom-made for us: clothing, photographic development, etc., or that can be copied (books, music, video games, etc.).

The customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108, in accordance with the provisions of BOE-A-2014-3329. To exercise this right, a form is provided where you can fill in the necessary data for the management of the same.

How to return products in the accepted cases:

To return a product in the cases foreseen and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:

  • No freight collect returns will be accepted.
  • You must have notified EQUITACION NATURAL of your desire to withdraw and have obtained the corresponding authorization before sending.
  • You must download and complete the withdrawal form below and send it with the package.
  • You must place the product(s) in a properly packed package.
  • You must take the package (with the attached withdrawal form) to a post office or courier company and request proof of shipment. You should keep the receipt until you receive the requested reimbursement.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all acknowledgements of receipt and to send the package by registered mail or by any other means that allows proof of the date of shipment.

In case of repeated returns or claims for poor condition or defective product by the same customer, EQUITACION NATURAL reserves the right not to make new shipments to the customer.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date we receive the returned product(s) at the specified address.

EQUITACION NATURAL will proceed to refund in the form of payment that the customer has used to place the order, and such reimbursement shall be subject to the right of EQUITACION NATURAL to retain amounts for returned products that are damaged. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) minus the shipping costs (if applicable).

All information received from the customer, whether images, emails, texts, access data such as customers and passwords, will be treated confidentially, being totally forbidden the transfer to third parties.

Confidential information shall not be understood as that which is disclosed by agreement between the Parties, that which becomes public for the same reason or that which must be disclosed in accordance with the law or a judicial decision of a competent authority and that which is obtained by a third party who is not under any obligation of confidentiality. Both parties agree to comply with the duty of confidentiality indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

EQUITACION NATURAL reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates of the information contained in the website, its configuration and presentation, access conditions, contracting conditions, etc. Therefore, the customer must have access to updated versions of the site.

The user/client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the website and for all activities that occur on the website once delivered by EQUITACION NATURAL. The customer agrees to immediately notify EQUITACION NATURAL of any breach of security of the portal.

EQUITACION NATURAL shall not be liable for any loss arising from improper or unauthorized use of its website.

Customer agrees to hold harmless EQUITACION NATURAL from claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary and indirect damages), and Reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from any breach by Customer/Buyer of these Terms, whether or not considered material or immaterial; the use or misuse of the Services by you or anyone acting on your behalf or using your NATURAL EQUITATION account or for any material or immaterial violation of any right, title or interest of any third party.

Our sole responsibility shall be to supply the product under the terms and conditions expressed in this contracting policy.

EQUITACION NATURAL shall not be liable for any consequence or damage that may arise from the improper use of the products supplied.

Language

The language in which the contract between OPERATIVE IT and the CLIENT will be perfected is Spanish.

Jurisdiction and applicable laws

OPERATIVE IT and THE CLIENT, will be governed to settle any controversy that could derive from the access, or use of this Web page, by the Spanish legislation, and are submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of MURCIA.
